2. OUR COMMITMENT AGAINST SPAM

Dealswaala strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited commercial communications (“Spam”).

We do not intentionally send communications to individuals who have not:

• Registered with Dealswaala;
• Provided consent to receive communications;
• Interacted with Dealswaala services; or
• Requested information from Dealswaala.

3. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Dealswaala may communicate with users through:

• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp
• RCS Messages
• Push Notifications
• In-App Notifications
• Customer Support Communications

4. TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS

4.1 Transactional Communications

Users may receive transactional messages related to:

• Account registration, Login verification, and Security alerts
• Cashback updates and Referral rewards
• Withdrawal requests and KYC verification
• Customer support responses

Transactional communications are considered essential to the operation of the platform and may be sent even if marketing preferences are disabled.

Users may receive promotional communications relating to:

• Cashback offers, Coupons, and discount codes
• Merchant promotions and Referral campaigns
• New features, Marketing announcements, Special events, and contests

Promotional communications are sent only to users who have provided consent or have an existing relationship with Dealswaala.

5. USER CONSENT

By registering an account with Dealswaala, users consent to receiving communications through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Push Notifications. Users may manage communication preferences where available.

6. UNSUBSCRIBE AND OPT-OUT

Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time by:

• Email: Using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.
• SMS: Following the opt-out instructions provided in the message where applicable.
• WhatsApp: Replying with “STOP” or using available unsubscribe options.
• Push Notifications: Disabling notifications through browser or device settings.

Opt-out requests are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES AFTER OPT-OUT

Even after opting out of marketing communications, users may continue to receive messages relating to account security, login verification, cashback status, withdrawal requests, KYC verification, legal notices, and service updates. These communications are necessary for the operation of the platform.

8. THIRD-PARTY PROMOTIONS

Dealswaala may promote offers from merchants and affiliate partners. However:

• Dealswaala does not sell user email addresses or phone numbers.
• Dealswaala does not permit third parties to send spam on its behalf.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not use Dealswaala services to send spam, send bulk unsolicited communications, harvest email addresses or phone numbers, operate automated messaging systems, engage in phishing, or conduct fraudulent marketing activities. Accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated without notice.

11. SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Dealswaala uses reasonable measures to prevent misuse of communication systems, including access controls, monitoring systems, abuse detection tools, and fraud prevention mechanisms. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Dealswaala may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of Dealswaala constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
